genicbooth is new trend business found by young entrepreneur mr matsuida. he requested our architect and construction team.
genicbooth is a place where customers stand on the stage. For customers to be the main content I requested a space design based on white and opposite colour as black to be simple and clean.
we got onboard the project from the leasing contract phase to concept building of the interiors, master planning of the interior design and construction from skelton phase.

b.c stock is proposed outlet that provides unique value by mixing and coordinating original wear and import products with excellent cost performance and sense of current of the times.
centering on outlet products of the baycruise group brand such as & Span, Yena, Douzym Class, Journal Standard, and Edifice Shop (proposal type outlet shop)."
KSI have received request of the work with limited time schedule with limited amount budget. client want to emphasise the interior atomosphere changes from the previous shop.
so, we have re-constructed wallpaper changes and paint on wall-furnitures to beautiful changes of the atomsphere to suit the mood of b.c stock by baycrew's.

2013年、綜合デザインに入社、
飲食、アパレル、オフィス、美容室、ホテルなど数多くの店舗開発に従事。
2021年春、東京都調布市を拠点に事業開始。
2022年、事業拡大し港区南青山に住所移転。
お客様のお気に入りの場所となる、
クリエイティブな空間を企画段階からリース計画、内装設備設計施工しており、
皆様がまた来たいと思うような空間づくりをお手伝いいたします。

I joined sogo design k.k. as a construction manager for interior construction, and has experience in the development of many stores such as food and beverage, apparel, offices, beauty salons, and hotels.
from those experiences, the spring of 2021, KENTA SHIMADA Interior start the business in Chofu city (west land of Tokyo) .
in 2022 we expand and moved our business address to minami aoyama, TOKYO.
we design and build a space where customers want to stay more or come back again.
